Tembling Road Noodles

Marinated Tofu

1 block of tofu

soy sauce to cover the tofu

Cut the tofu into small squares, and let the tofu marinate in the soy sauce for 6 minutes.

After 6 minutes, remove the tofu and let dry on a rack.

Pat the tofu dry with paper towels and deep fry at 400F

Green Onion Oil

Green onion oil 1/4 cup

Green onion 87.5 ml

Sesame oil 175ml

Place green onions and oil in a blender; once smooth, place on a container and top with sesame oil

Kecap Manis

Gluten Free Soya sauce gluten free 250ml

Palm sugar 125 gr

Molasses 15ml

Cloves 1

Star anise whole 1

Ginger 20 gr

Garlic clives 2.5

Place all ingredients in one pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10-15 minutes. Once thicken, remove from stove and let steep to room temperature. Remove all the spices and store them in the refrigerator.

To assemble the dish:

stir fry veggies of choice: at the restaurant, we use blanched bok choy, cabbage and onions

add in cubed tofu

200 grams chow fun noodles
